Papa Razzi dining combines the best of traditional Italian recipes with fresh, local ingredients. Our panzanella is made from house-baked focaccia, vine-ripened tomatoes, and Vermont goat cheese; our thin-crust margherita pizza is wood-fired with crushed tomatoes, fresh basil, and creamy mozzarella. Each of our signature pasta dishes is prepared with made-to-order sauces, customized to your request. We bake all bread hourly from scratch and our desserts are house-made. We offer all the comforts of home cooking in a relaxed, inviting atmosphere.
Of course, if you’d prefer to enjoy our cooking in the luxury of your own home, we are happy to prepare any dishes featured on our regular menus for take-out.

In Italy, no meal is complete without its beloved complement – wine. We thoughtfully prepare our wine lists to accompany our menus and enhance our guests’ experience. Selections include imports from each of the major Italian wine-producing regions and even a few California varietals. We build variety and value into our offerings, allowing both novices and connoisseurs the opportunity to experiment with their selections.
The wine lists follow a "progressive" format, listing selections in descending order from lighter to fuller bodied. This helps our guests and staff choose the right complement for their meal.
We are also proud to present nine tasting flights themed by flavor profile. Each flight consists of three two-ounce pours, served with a description of the varietals and flavors. There are four white flights (Pinot Grigio, Light & Aromatic, Flinty & Mineral, and Chardonnay) and five red flights (Light & Fruity, Medium Bodied, Spicy & Juicy Red, Robust Red, Sangiovese, and Rustic Red).
