Since moving from Brazil, Chef Guilherme has been enamored with the Boston area’s rich culinary culture and contributions. While he learned in the kitchens of Kenmore Square and Downtown Boston, he found a home in Papa Razzi restaurants where he continues to showcase his culinary excellence, great attention to detail and experience while overseeing the culinary direction of our future.
